Your Healing Matters
God cares about the broken areas of your life and wants you to know that He deeply understands the seen and unseen complexities you battle with. God is not passive in His knowledge of your brokenness, he has a strong desire for you to depend on Him for healing. Once you are aware of any unhealed areas in your life, it is important that you bring these areas to Him. In doing so, you will experience the outpour of His miraculous power to you made possible through His son Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 53:4-5 reads, 'Surely, he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.'
Seven hundred years after these words were prophesied, Jesus would Himself carry our griefs and sorrows as he was led to an agonising death on the cross. Through His willing sacrifice, our pain would no longer be our own to carry. We would be able to gain victory over the negative experiences of life. The stripes he endured on this journey would also give us access to healing externally as well as internally (mentally, emotionally and spiritually).

Faith in Christ gives you access to this type of healing and opens the door to a life that is full, abundant and free (John 8:36 / John 10:10). Through a relationship with God, we can be liberated from the restrictive effects of our past.
Our Values
At The Well ministry serves to be a safe place where women can take steps to heal from past pain, traumas, and triggers, so that they will be unhindered from being who they need be for themselves, their families and the Kingdom.

The Founder
The founder of At The Well is Marilyn Johnson. Marilyn felt called to share her experience of God's healing power in her own life through her debut book tentatively titled 'Revealing You - Inner Healing for God's Daughters'. Marilyn believes that the message God has given her concerning inner healing through Christ will be so impactful and life-changing, she is pursuing traditional publication of it.
The book project would prove to be just the beginning of how God desired for Marilyn to share the truth of His healing power to others.
A need quickly became apparent for an official platform where she could share and minister in the knowledge that God had given to her about inner healing. Thus, the ministry 'At the Well' was born. Just like the Samaritan woman, when we encounter Jesus our lives becomes transformed and changes for the better. Marilyn's desire is for all to have such an encounter.
